菌肥处理对猕猴桃器官含水率及果实品质的影响OA
Effects of Biofertilizer Treatment on the Water Content and Fruit Quality of Kiwifruit
以七年生'东红'猕猴桃为试材,采用L16(43)正交设计,开展地衣芽孢杆菌(D菌肥)与解淀粉芽孢杆菌(J菌肥)和胶冻样芽孢杆菌(Y菌肥)菌肥的施肥处理组合对猕猴桃果园内土壤、根、叶片、枝条、果实含水率和果实品质的试验研究,测定了果实成熟期土壤及各器官的含水率、果实生长及生理指标,分析指标间相关性和果实品质的主成分分析,确定最优施肥组合,以期为猕猴桃种植提供参考依据.结果表明:果实成熟期,处理组合土壤、根部、叶片、枝条、果实的含水率分别为20.10%~29.25%、76.61%~86.33%、71.35%~87.35%、69.37%~84.42%、80.03%~94.58%,均与 CK 呈显著差异(P<0.05),除影响根部含水率的主导因子是J菌肥外,其他均为Y菌肥;果形指数、果实还原糖、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、可溶性固形物含量分别为1.11~1.34、1.55%~4.04%、46.41~72.04 mg·g-1、1.26%~0.66%、4.99~7.28 mg·g-1、126.67~206.65 mg·(100g)-1、12.96%~17.20%;相关性分析表明,可滴定酸含量与D、J、Y菌肥、还原糖和可溶性糖含量间呈极显著负相关;施肥可促进果实生长、降低酸度,提高甜度,保持果园土壤湿润、果实含水率,土壤含水率D菌肥40 g、J菌肥20 g、Y菌肥60 g·株-1施肥组合影响显著;D菌肥40 g、J菌肥20 g、Y菌肥40 g·株-1可提高根、叶、果中含水率,影响较小;D菌肥20 g、J菌肥40 g、Y菌肥60 g·株-1施肥组合可提升果径,D菌肥40 g、J菌肥20 g、Y菌肥60 g·株-1施肥组合可提升果实内在品质.
Taking seven-year-old'Donghong'kiwifruit as the experimental material and employing an L16(43)orthogonal design,a trial was conducted to investigate the effects of combined application of Bacillus licheniformis(D bacterial fertilizer),Bacillus amyloliquefaciens(J bacterial fertilizer),and Bacillus mucilaginosus(Y bacterial fertilizer)on soil moisture,root,leaf,branch,and fruit moisture content as well as fruit quality in a kiwifruit orchard.The experiment measured the moisture content of the soil and various organs at fruit maturity,fruit growth,and physiological indicators.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis of fruit quality were carried out to determine the optimal fertilization combination,in order to provide reference for kiwifruit cultivation.The results showed that at fruit maturity,the moisture content of the soil,roots,leaves,branches,and fruits were 20.10%—29.25%,76.61%-86.33%,71.35%-87.35%,69.37%-84.42%,and 80.03%-94.58%,respectively,showed significant differences from the control(CK)(P<0.05).The dominant factor affecting root moisture content was the J bacterial fertilizer,while for the others,it was the Y bacterial fertilizer.The fruit shape index,reduced sugar,soluble sugar,titratable acid,soluble protein,vitamin C,and soluble solid content were 1.11-1.34,1.55%-4.04%,46.41-72.04 mg·g-1,1.26%-0.66%,4.99-7.28 mg·g-1,126.67-206.65 mg·(100 g)-1,and 12.96%-17.20%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the titratable acid content was highly negatively correlated with the contents of D,J,Y bacterial fertilizers,reducing sugar,and soluble sugar.Fertilization could promote fruit growth,reduce acidity,increase sweetness,maintain orchard soil moisture,and fruit moisture content.The combination of D bacterial fertilizer 40 g,J bacterial fertilizer 20 g,and Y bacterial fertilizer 60 g per plant significantly affected soil moisture content.The combination of D bacterial fertilizer 40 g,J bacterial fertilizer 20 g,and Y bacterial fertilizer 40 g per plant could increase the moisture content in roots,leaves,and fruits with minimal impact.The combination of D bacterial fertilizer 20 g,J bacterial fertilizer 40 g,and Y bacterial fertilizer 60 g per plant could enhance fruit diameter,while the combination of D bacterial fertilizer 40 g,J bacterial fertilizer 20 g,and Y bacterial fertilizer 60 g per plant could improve the intrinsic quality of the fruit.
