两个金银花品种叶片中转录因子MYB家族成员的差异分析OA

以金银花新品种'郑银花3号'和'封花1号'的叶片为试材,采用生物信息学方法,分析了 MYB转录因子理化性质、二级结构、基序对比、系统进化关系、功能注释等内容,研究了 MYB转录因子在2种金银花叶片中的表达差异,以期为探究2个金银花品种叶片中转录因子MYB家族成员的差异及功能解析提供参考依据.结果表明:2个金银花品种叶片中MYB家族成员有52个,主要分布于5号和9号染色体,所有蛋白均表现为亲水性,23个蛋白呈酸性和29个蛋白呈碱性.基序分析表明49个转录因子包含Motif 3,其出现频率最高,34个转录因子均含有Motif 3、Motif 2和Motif 1.热图结果表明有14个基因的表达量在2个品种中的差异较大,结合GO功能注释发现这14个差异基因可能与金银花的生长发育有关.

Taking leaves of the honeysuckle new varieties'Zhengyinhua No.3'and'Fenghua No.1'as the test materials,bioinformatics methods were employed to analyze the physicochemical properties,secondary structure,motif comparison,phylogenetic relationships,and functional annotations of MYB transcription factors in honeysuckle.The study examined the expression differences of MYB transcription factors in the leaves of these two honeysuckle varieties,in order to provide reference for exploration of the differences and functional characterization of MYB family members in the leaves of these two honeysuckle varieties.The results showed that there were 52 members of the MYB transcript factor family in the leaves of two varieties,mainly distributed on chromosomes 5 and 9.All proteins showed hydrophilicity,with 23 proteins being acidic and 29 proteins being alkaline.The motif analysis showed that 49 transcription factors included Motif 3,which had the highest frequency of occurrence,while all 34 transcription factors contained Motif 3,Motif 2,and Motif 1.The heat map indicated that there were 14 genes with significant differences in expression levels between the two varieties.Combined with GO functional annotation,it was found that these 14 differentially expressed genes might be related to the growth and development in Lonicera japonica.
