振动训练对脑卒中患者偏身感觉功能障碍的影响OA

The Effect of Vibration Training on Hemisensory Dysfunction in Stroke Patients

目的:探讨振动训练联合常规康复治疗对脑卒中患者偏身感觉障碍的治疗效果.方法:选取2022年1月~2023年12月在本院康复科住院的脑卒中伴偏身感觉障碍患者50例,随机数字表法均衡分配到治疗组和对照组各25例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,治疗组采用常规康复+振动训练.治疗前及治疗8周后,采用感觉障碍评定积分表、电流感觉阈值测定技术(Current Perception Threshold,CPT)、Berg平衡评定量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)、改良Barthel指数进行评定.结果:治疗后,两组患者的感觉功能评分、Berg平衡功能评分、改良Barthel指数评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的感觉功能评分、Berg平衡功能评分、改良Barthel指数评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的不同频率(2000 Hz、250 Hz、5 Hz)的CPT值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的不同频率(2000 Hz、250 Hz、5 Hz)的CPT值均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对于脑卒中后伴随偏身感觉障碍的患者而言,接受振动训练有助于其感觉功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的提升.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vibration training combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy on hemisensory dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods:A total of 50 stroke patients with hemisensory dysfunction who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and evenly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 25 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the treatment group received conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with vibration training.Before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment,the Sensory Impairment Assessment Scale,Current Perception Threshold(CPT),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),and Modified Barthel Index were used for evaluation.Results:After treatment,the sensory function score,BBS score,and Modified Barthel Index score of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the sensory function score,BBS score,and Modified Barthel Index score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPT values at different frequencies(2000 Hz,250 Hz,5 Hz)in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the CPT values at different frequencies(2000 Hz,250 Hz,5 Hz)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with hemisensory dysfunction,vibration training is helpful to improve their sensory dysfunction,balance function,and activities of daily living.
