Research Progress on Effects of Light Intensity on Growth and Medicinal Quality of Medicinal Plants

光照强度是调控药用植物生长发育及次生代谢产物合成与积累的关键环境因子,直接影响药材的产量与品质.光照强度通过影响植物光形态建成、光合效率、碳氮代谢流分配及关键代谢途径基因的表达,深刻塑造药用植物的表型与化学型.适度的光照强度调控是提升药用植物经济产量和药效成分含量的有效途径,但不同物种甚至同一物种的不同药用部位对光照强度的需求存在显著差异.本文系统综述了不同光照强度对药用植物外观形态建成、光合参数、次生代谢物积累以及基因表达与基因组响应等方面的影响研究进展,以期为药用植物的精准栽培与优质生产提供参考.

Light intensity is a pivotal environmental factor regulating the growth,development,and the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites in medicinal plants,directly influencing the yield and quality of the medicinal materials.Light intensity profoundly shapes the phenotype and chemotype of medicinal plants by affecting photomorphogenesis,photosynthetic efficiency,the allocation of carbon and nitrogen metabolic flux,and the expression of genes in key metabolic pathways.Appropriate control of light intensity is an effective strategy to enhance both the economic yield and the content of bioactive compounds.However,significant variations exist among different species,and even in different medicinal parts of the same species,regarding their demands for light intensity.This paper systematically reviewed recent research advances on the effects of varying light intensities on the morphological development,photosynthetic parameters,accumulation of secondary metabolites,and gene expression and genomic responses of medicinal plants,aiming to provide a reference for the precision cultivation and high-quality production of medicinal plants.
