中医脾胃病学学科发展前沿及焦点问题的构建OA
Frontiers and Key Issues in the Disciplinary Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Spleen and Stomach Diseases
目的 构建中医脾胃病学学科前沿及焦点问题,为学科未来发展提供方向和依据.方法 系统检索分析中国知网和PubMed 2014年9月30日至2024年9月30日中医脾胃病相关文献,并检索中国国家图书馆、中国科学技术协会等平台网站建库至2025年1月1日的中医药学科发展报告,初步拟定中医脾胃病学学科前沿及焦点问题条目.遴选全国中医脾胃病学、方法学等领域专家采用德尔菲法进行问卷调查,评价和选择条目.组建顾问专家组进一步收集条目内容修改建议修订条目,最后召开专家共识会议确定条目.结果 经系统检索分析,共形成5个维度、16个初始条目和37个初始病种.邀请全国32位专家参与条目评价与选择,问卷回收率为100％,专家权威系数为0.98.综合条目重要性评分和变异系数,初步形成10个条目,12种优势病种.进一步邀请9位顾问专家和25位共识专家讨论修改条目表述方式和内容,并达成共识.最终确定由理论传承、基础研究、临床研究、学科交叉、优势病种5个维度组成的21项中医脾胃病学学科前沿及焦点问题.结论 初步构建了当前中医脾胃病学学科前沿及焦点问题,为中医脾胃病学学科发展报告奠定了核心框架,为学科发展建设提供了重要依据.
Objective To identify the frontiers and key issues in the discipline of spleen and stomach diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),providing direction and a foundation for its future development.Methods First,a systematic literature search and analysis were conducted on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed databases for publications related to TCM spleen and stomach diseases from September 30,2014,to September 30,2024.Additionally,reports on the development of TCM disciplines published up to January 1,2025,were retrieved from platforms such as the National Library of China and the China Association for Science and Technology.Based on this,preliminary items for the frontiers and key issues in TCM spleen and stomach disease studies were drafted.Second,experts nationwide in TCM spleen and stomach diseases and methodology were selected to evaluate and choose items using the Delphi method via questionnaire surveys.Third,an advisory expert panel was formed to further collect suggestions for revising the content and wording of the items.Finally,an expert consensus meeting was held to finalize the items.Results Through systematic retrieval and analysis,5 dimensions,16 preli-minary items,and 37 initial disease types were identified.Thirty-two nationwide experts nationwide were invited to participate in item evaluation and selection,achieving a 100％questionnaire response rate and an expert authority co-efficient of 0.98.Based on item importance scores and coefficients of variation,10 preliminary items and 12 advanta-geous disease types were initially formed.Subsequently,9 advisory experts and 25 consensus experts were invited to discuss and refine the wording and content of the items,ultimately reaching a consensus.A total of 21 items were fi-nalized,organized into 5 dimensions,i.e.theoretical inheritance,basic research,clinical research,interdisciplinary integration,and advantageous disease types.Conclusion This paper preliminarily outlines the current frontiers and key issues in the field of TCM spleen and stomach diseases.The results provide a core framework for The 2024 Report on the Disciplinary Development of TCM Spleen and Stomach Diseases and offer an important basis for the discipline's development and advancement.
