在教育强国战略深入推进、产业数智化转型加速的时代背景下,数智技能人才培养的供需适配成为衔接职业教育改革与产业高质量发展的关键环节.数智技能人才的供需适配是指以政行企校为多元协同主体,实现数智技能人才供给与产业数智化需求动态平衡的过程,包含数量适配、质量适配、结构适配、时序适配等维度.基于多元协作、动态迭代、能力生成、价值转化的理论逻辑,构建包含四个模块的数智技能人才协同培养模式:"需求识别"聚焦需求数据采集与趋势分析研判,"资源整合"统筹政行企校多元育人资源,"过程适配"推进专业、课程、实训与教学模式优化,"反馈迭代"依托人才评价校准偏差并优化培养方案.为保障这一模式的有效落地,可遵循以下实践路径:精准识别产业需求、深化政行企校协同、优化培养实施过程、推进动态评价体系建设.

Against the backdrop of advancing the strategy of building a powerful education country and accelerating the digital-intelligent transformation of industries,the supply-demand matching in the cultivation of digital-intelligent skilled talents has become a crucial link connecting vocational education reform and high-quality industrial development.The supply-demand matching of digital-intelligent skilled talents refers to the process of achieving a dynamic balance between the supply of such talents and the demand of industrial digital-intelligent transformation.It encompasses dimensions such as quantity matching,quality matching,structure matching,and timing matching.Based on the four theoretical logics of multiple collaboration,dynamic iteration,capability generation,and value transformation,a collaborative cultivation model for digital-intelligent skilled talents is constructed,consisting of four modules.Specifically,"demand identification"focuses on data collection and trend analysis;"resource integration"coordinates diverse educational resources from government,industry,enterprises,and schools;"process adaptation"promotes the optimization of disciplines,curriculum,practical training,and teaching models;and"feedback iteration"calibrates deviations and optimizes training programs through talent evaluation.On this basis,the guarantee system is improved from institutional,technical and mechanistic perspectives,and four practical paths are proposed:accurately identifying industrial needs,deepening government-industry-university-enterprise collaboration,optimizing the cultivation process,and promoting dynamic feedback and iteration.
