目的:开展不同缺素条件对人参生长、形色指标和荧光参数的影响研究,为人参合理栽培提供理论依据.方法:本研究旨在对人参营养缺失下的形态和生理现象进行表征,以一年生人参为研究对象,采用水培试验,设置Hoagland全营养液对照和 11 种营养元素缺失处理,观察人参缺素症状.通过对人参的形态指标、矿质元素含量、形色指标和荧光参数等的测定,对缺素状态下的人参进行了形态观测和营养检测,明确缺素症状.结果:不同缺素处理对人参植株的形态指标影响程度不同,总体上会导致形态指标显著下降;对元素缺失下叶片颜色进行表征发现,缺N、P、Fe、Zn、Mn、S等是导致人参叶片明显失绿黄化的主要营养元素;不同营养元素的缺失对人参矿质元素的吸收影响不同,综合来看,人参在元素供给缺失时该元素吸收量会显著下降;对缺素下的人参叶片的荧光参数进行测定发现,人参在缺失N、P、K、Ca等元素下会使qP降低,PSⅡ反应中心减少,光化学反应受到抑制或损伤.结论:缺素处理会显著抑制人参生长及生物量积累,导致叶片失绿,降低叶绿素及人参中的矿质元素含量,并显著削弱光合系统稳定性,因此在人参种植过程中,应根据土壤中矿质元素的丰缺合理施用矿质肥料以保证生长.

Objectives:To investigate the effects of different nutrient deficiency conditions on the growth,morphological and color indicators,and fluorescence parameters of Panax ginseng,so as to provide a theoretical basis for rational cultivation of Panax ginseng.Methods:The aim of this study was to characterize the morphological and physiological phenomena under nutrient deficiencies in Panax ginseng.The annual Panax ginseng was used in a hydroponic experiment with Hoagland's full nutrient solution control and 11 nutrient deficiency treatments to observe the symptoms of Panax ginseng deficiency.Morphological observations and nutritional tests were carried out to clarify the deficiency symptoms of Panax ginseng under the deficiency state by measuring the morphological indexes,mineral ele-ment contents,shape and color indexes,and fluorescence parameters.Results:Different nutrient deficiency treatments had varying im-pacts on the morphological indexes of Panax ginseng plants,generally leading to a significant decrease in the morphological indexes;The characterization of leaf color under elemental deficiencies revealed that deficiencies of N,P,Fe,Zn,Mn and S were the main nutrient el-ements leading to the obvious greening and yellowing of Panax ginseng leaves;The deficiencies of different nutrient elements had differ-ent impacts on the uptake of mineral elements of Panax ginseng,in a comprehensive view,the uptake of these elements significantly de-creased when Panax ginseng was deficient in the elemental supply.The fluorescence parameters of annual Panax ginseng leaves under deficiency were measured,and it was found that Panax ginseng with deficiency of N,P,K,Ca and other elements would reduce qP,PSⅡ reaction center,and photochemical reaction was inhibited or damaged.Conclusion:Nutrient deficiency treatment will significantly in-hibit the growth and biomass accumulation of Panax ginseng,lead to leaf chlorosis,reduce chlorophyll and mineral element content in Panax ginseng,and significantly weaken the stability of the photosynthetic system.Therefore,during Panax ginseng cultivation,mineral fertilizers should be reasonably applied according to the abundance and shortage of mineral elements in the soil in order to ensure the proper growth of Panax ginseng.
