施用有机肥对土壤理化性质及黄豆品质的影响OA

Effects of single and mixed organic fertilizer applications on soil physicochemical properties and soybean quality

为探究单施与混施不同有机肥对黄豆品质及土壤理化性质的影响,以仲恺农业工程学院白云校区农场土壤为种植基质,黄豆为供试作物,采用盆栽试验开展研究.供试肥料为生物有机肥(肥1)和广正丰蚯蚓粪原肥(肥2),所有施肥处理的肥料施用量均设定为干土质量的 5%,共设置 6 组处理.结果显示,单施肥 1 对黄豆茎部氮磷钾提升最显著:较混施分别提高 18.45%、141.52%、8.34%,较原始土分别提高 23.66%、306.91%、24.95%;单施与混施均会影响黄豆蛋白质含量,但蛋白质含量与淀粉、还原糖呈负相关.在土壤改良上,两种施肥方式均能提高土壤 pH 值、有机质、含水率等指标,其中单施肥 2 效果更优,其有机质、有效氮、有效磷提高率分别达177.67%、143.23%、102.13%,混施对应指标提高率为 116.5%、109.06%、42.55%.研究结果为酸性赤红壤区黄豆生产的施肥策略提供了科学参考.

To explore the effects of single and mixed applications of different organic fertilizers on soybean quality and soil physicochemical properties,a pot experiment was conducted using soil from the farm at the Baiyun Campus of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering as the planting substrate,with soybeans as the test crop.The experimental fertilizers comprised Tugengwang bio-organic fertilizer(Fertilizer 1)and Guangzhengfeng earthworm cast raw fertilizer(Fertilizer 2).All fertilization treatments were set at 5%of the dry soil mass,resulting in six distinct treatment groups.The results showed a notable improvement in nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium content of soybean stems using Fertilizer 1.It yielded increases of 18.45%,141.52%,and 8.34%compared to mixed fertilization,and 23.66%,306.91%,and 24.95%compared to the original soil.Both single and mixed applications were found to affect soybean protein content.However,the protein content was negatively correlated with starch and reducing sugar content.For soil improvement,both fertilization methods demonstrated effectiveness in improving indicators such as soil pH,organic matter,and moisture content.Among these,the application of Fertilizer 2 positively affected organic matter,available nitrogen,and available phosphorus,with increases of 177.67%,143.23%,and 102.13%.The corresponding increases for mixed applications were 116.50%,109.06%,and 42.55%.This study provides a scientific reference for developing fertilization strategies of soybean production in acidic red soil regions.
