马铃薯农艺性状、产量与氮磷效率的变化及相关性分析OA
Changes analysis of agronomic traits,yield and nitrogen-phosphorus efficiency in potato
为科学施肥提高马铃薯生产潜力,明确马铃薯产量与主要农艺性状、氮磷效率的相关性和特征规律,本研究通过不同施肥方法对中国北方地区主栽马铃薯品种农艺性状、产量与氮磷效率的变化进行了多样性、相关性分析.结果表明:氮磷施肥显著促进马铃薯生长性状,氮肥效果更佳.与对照组相比,氮肥处理下马铃薯株高、茎粗、叶片数和叶面积均有不同程度的提高,在 2.50%~55.64%之间,磷肥处理下提高 0.01%~31.61%.5 个马铃薯品种在各施肥处理下产量平均提高 2.98%~26.55%,氮肥处理下平均提高最多,达 26.55%.在不同施肥处理下,不同马铃薯品种农艺性状、产量和氮磷素敏感程度发生变化.除株高与叶片数负相关外,其他性状均正相关.叶片数与叶面积对产量有显著正效应,株高与茎粗对产量有正效应但不显著.马铃薯产量与氮磷生物学效率之间呈现不显著的负相关关系,其中产量与氮生物学效率间的相关系数为-0.37,产量与磷生物学效率间的相关系数为-0.20.这表明随着马铃薯产量的提高,单位氮磷营养支撑的马铃薯生物量降低,呈现出氮磷资源报酬递减效应.研究结果可为中国北方马铃薯种质资源高效利用、品种选育以及合理栽培提供参考.
To improve the potato productivity potential by scientific fertilization and to clarify the relationships and characteristics among potato yield,major agronomic traits,and nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer use efficiency,this paper analyzed the diversity and correlation of the changes in agronomic traits,yield,and nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer use efficiency of the main potato varieties in the northern region of China using different fertilization methods.The results showed that nitrogen-phosphorus fertilization significantly improved potato growth traits,with nitrogen fertilization being more effective.Compared with the control group,the potato plant height,stem thickness,number of leaves,and leaf area increased by 2.50%-55.64%under nitrogen fertilization,and by 0.01%-31.61%under phosphorus fertilization.The yields of five potato varieties increased on average by 2.98%-26.55%under different fertilization treatments,and the average increase was greatest under nitrogen fertilization,peaking at 26.55%.Under different fertilization treatments,agronomic traits,yield,and nitrogen-phosphorus sensitivity of different potato varieties were changed.All traits were positively correlated except plant height,which was negatively correlated with the number of leaves.The number of leaves and leaf area had a significant positive effect on yield,while plant height and stem thickness had a positive but not significant effect on yield.The correlation coefficient between potato yield and nitrogen biological efficiency was-0.37,which showed that with increasing potato yield,the potato biomass per unit of nitrogen decreased.The correlation coefficient between potato yield and phosphorus biological efficiency was-0.20,which showed the decreasing effect of phosphorus resource compensation.The results can be used as a reference for the efficient utilization of potato germplasm resources,variety selection and breeding as well as rational cultivation in northern China.
