QuEChERS前处理技术快捷方便,可节省 50%的人力、70%的有毒有害化学试剂,特别适用于县级机构.为探索准确、高效的适宜基层检测机构测定蔬菜水果中农药残留的前处理测定方法,进行了加标回收率探索式试验.回收率是方法准确度研究最核心的指标.通过选取种植业中 2 种代表性基质:水果选取广安市地理标志产品龙安柚,蔬菜选取豇豆,分别进行了加标回收试验.采用QuEChERS前处理技术在气相色谱法测定龙安柚中 7 种有机磷类农药残留的回收率,并对色谱中常见的干扰峰氧乐果和二嗪磷进行双柱定性处理,将回收率数据与质谱数据进行比对.然后整理QuEChERS前处理技术在气相色谱法测定豇豆中 16 种有机磷类农药残留的回收率数据,为方法的准确度提供研究方向和数据支撑.结果表明:采用QuEChERS前处理技术色谱仪上机测定龙安柚中 7 种有机磷类农药,豇豆中 16 种有机磷类农药残留的回收率良好.其中 7 种农药在龙安柚中回收率94.5%~97.5%,RSD 1.7%~3.2%;16 种农药在豇豆中回收率 89.0%~104.5%,RSD 1.3%~8.4%.

QuEChERS pretreatment technology offers a fast and convenient approach,reducing both labor costs by 50%and the consumption of hazardous chemical reagents by 70%.These advantages make it particularly suitable for county-level institutions.To develop an accurate and efficient pretreatment method for pesticide residue determination in fruit and vegetable samples suitable for county-level laboratories,a spike-and-recovery experimental design was employed.Recovery rate is the primary indicator for assessing analytical accuracy.Two representative matrices were selected:Longan pomelo(a Geographical Indication product from Guang'an City)for fruit,and cowpeas for vegetables.Spike-and-recovery experiments were designed separately on each matrix.The QuEChERS pretreatment technique was used to determine the recovery rates of seven organophosphate pesticide residues in Long'an pomelo by gas chromatography.The common interference peaks in chromatography,namely omethoate and diazinon,were qualitatively analyzed using a dual-column system,and the recovery rate data was compared with mass spectrometry data.Then,the recovery rate data of 16 organophosphate pesticide residues in cowpea determined by gas chromatography using QuEChERS pretreatment technology were provided for assessing method accuracy.The results showed that QuEChERS pretreatment technology yielded satisfactory recovery rates for 7 organophosphate pesticide residues in Long'an pomelo and 16 in cowpea by gas chromatography.The recovery rates of 7 pesticides in Long'an pomelo ranged from 94.5%to 97.5%,with RSD of 1.7%to 3.2%.The recovery rates of 16 pesticides in cowpea ranged from 89.0%to 104.5%,with RSD of 1.3%to 8.4%.
