基于CiteSpace的四妙散治疗痛风性关节炎研究文献可视化分析OA

Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots,and development trends in the treatment of gouty arthritis with Simiao Powder.Methods Research literature about Simiao Powder for the treatment of gouty arthritis was retrieved from CNKI,SinoMed,VIP,Wanfang Data and Web of Science from January 1,2005,to January 23,2025.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was employed for the visualization analysis on publication volume,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 803 Chinese articles and 37 English articles were included in this study.Among the Chinese authors,Yin Lian had the highest publication output,while Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine emerged as the institution with the most publications.High-frequency keywords in Chinese literature included"Simiao Powder","gout"and"clinical efficacy".Six clusters of keywords and 13 emerging keywords were identified.In the English literature,research teams led by authors Wang,Mingzhu and Kong,Ling-Dong showed high productivity,with Zhejiang Chinese Medical University being the most prolific institution.China was the primary country of research.High-frequency keywords in English included"si miao san","gouty arthritis",and"uric acid".Nine clusters of keywords and 6 emerging keywords were identified.Conclusion The current research hotspots in the treatment of gouty arthritis with Simiao Powder focus on clinical efficacy and mechanism.Future research trends are expected to delve deeper into a more refined,multi-layered,and high-quality exploration of its efficacy,therapeutic targets and safety.
