目的 分析青风藤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势.方法 检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)2004年1月1日-2024年12月31日收录的青风藤治疗RA研究文献,利用CiteSpace6.3.R3软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入文献588篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势,但近年呈现波动下降;作者共现分析提示,该领域形成分别以蔡辉、丁从珠、刘健、高永翔、方勇飞为主体的5个研究团队;发文量最多的研究机构为南京中医药大学(19篇);关键词共现分析显示,常用动物模型为CIA大鼠模型;关键词聚类分析提示,该领域主要为临床研究和药理作用机制研究.结论 该领域研究热点为临床研究、药理作用机制,大数据分析可能为今后研究趋势.

Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and frontier trends of Sinomenium Acutum for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods The research literature about Sinomenium Acutum for the treatment of RA was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data from January 1,2004 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R3 software was used to visually analyze the number of articles,authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 588 articles were included.The total number of articles was on the rise,but in recent years,there has been a downward trend in volatility;the co-occurrence analysis of the authors suggested that five research teams have been formed in this field,with Cai Hui,Ding Congzhu,Liu Jian,Gao Yongxiang and Fang Yongfei as the main figures;the institution with the highest publication volume was Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine(19 articles);keyword frequency and co-occurrence analysis indicated that the collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model was the commonly used animal model;keyword clustering highlighted clinical research and pharmacological mechanisms as the primary research themes.Conclusion The research hotspots in the field are clinical research and pharmacological mechanism,and big data may be the future research trend.
