基于数据挖掘分析岭南名医治疗围绝经期崩漏用药规律OA

Objective To analyze the medication law of TCM masters in Lingnan area in the treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia using data mining;To provide references for the TCM treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia.Methods The medical records and experience prescriptions of Lingnan TCM masters in the treatment of perimenopausal metrorrhagia collected by the Library of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and their academic successors were retrieved from the experience collections,medical records collections,medical discourse collections,CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM and VIP.After finishing,the database was established using Excel2020 software,and the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform 2.3.5 was used to analyze the frequency of Chinese materia medica,property,taste and the meridian tropism,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.SPSS modeler18.0 software was used to analyze the association rules.Results A total of 73 prescriptions of Lingnan TCM masters were included,including 124 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The high-frequency materia medica in the bleeding period included Codonopsis Radix,Astragali Radix,etc.Their properties were mainly mild and warm,and their tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,mainly belonging to the liver meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian.Cluster analysis yielded four types of drug combinations;Association rule analysis identified 12 drug pairs;Complex network analysis identified 12 core traditional Chinese medicines.Conclusion TCM masters in Lingnan area treat perimenopausal metrorrhagia from kidney,liver and spleen.During the bleeding period,the method of tonifying qi,invigorating spleen,removing blood stasis and hemostasis is used.The medication is mild,which is in line with the physical characteristics of Lingnan people.
