基于《中华医典》分析从脾论治溃疡性结肠炎用药规律OA

Objective To analyze the medication law of the treatment for ulcerative colitis(UC)from spleen in the 5th edition of Zhong Hua Yi Dian.Methods The relevant contents of diarrhea,dysentery,stagnation of bowels and intestinal obstruction in the 5th edition of Zhong Hua Yi Dian were retrieved,the prescription information for the treatment of UC from spleen was collected and sort outed,and was entered into Excel 2016 software.After the data were standardized,they were imported into the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform 2.3.2 to analyze the frequency,efficacy,property,taste and materia meridian tropism;factor analysis and clustering analysis were carried out using the Auxiliary Platform for the Inheritance of Famous Doctors.Results A total of 184 prescriptions were included,involving 301 kinds of Chinese materia medica.18 kinds of Chinese materia medica with a frequency of more than 19 were included,among which Poria was the most frequent,followed by Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Crataegi Fructus.The core kinds of Chinese materia medica were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran,Poria,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Aucklandiae Radix,Crataegi Fructus,Massa Medicata Fermentata,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Amomi Fructus,Alismatis Rhizoma,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,etc.The efficacy involved invigorating the spleen and qi,diuresis and dampness,clearing heat and detoxification,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,etc.The medicinal properties were mostly warm,neutral and slightly warm,and the medicinal tastes were mostly sweet,pungent and bitter.The main meridians were spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Potential Chinese materia medica combinations were Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens-Jujubae Fructus,Nelumbinis Semen-Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Psoraleae Fructus-Myristicae Semen,Codonopsis Radix-Zingiberis Preparata Rhizoma,Poria-Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma stir-fried with bran-Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Dioscoreae Rhizoma-Amomi Fructus Rotundus.Conclusion The medication law for the treatment of UC in the 5th edition of Zhong Hua Yi Dian shows that the core Chinese materia medica has the effects of invigorating the spleen and tonifying qi,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,lifting yang qi,restraining astringent,dispersing cold and relieving pain,etc.The medicinal pairs and combinations have the effects of invigorating the spleen,tonifying qi,promoting dampness,drying dampness,regulating qi,promoting qi,and restraining astringent.
