电网物资采购与供应合作的演化博弈研究OA

An evolutionary game study on power grid material procurement and supply cooperation

随着电力设备市场竞争的加剧,供应链管理对采购商和供应商的协调能力提出了更高的要求.然而,供应商之间的合作减少和产品质量下降成为影响供应链绩效的主要挑战.构建了一个电力设备物资采购商和多个电力设备供应商之间的抽检网络演化博弈模型,分析了供应商合作强度、良品率、生产能力和采购商定价策略对供应链绩效的影响.研究得出三条主要结论:(1)供应商合作强度与良品率直接影响供应链的整体效能;(2)采购商通过合理增加供应商数量和生产能力可以提升收益,但过多则会降低收益;(3)供应商在复杂生产任务中需要加强合作以维持产品质量.该研究为优化供应链管理、提升整体绩效提供了理论依据.

With the intensification of competition in the power equipment market,supply chain management has placed higher demands on the coordination capabilities between purchasers and suppliers.However,the decline in cooperation among suppliers and the deterioration of product quality have become major challenges affecting supply chain performance.An evolutionary inspection game model between a power equipment purchaser and multiple suppliers is constructed to analyze the impacts of supplier cooperation intensity,product yield rate,production capacity,and purchaser pricing strategies on overall supply chain performance.The results reveal three key findings:(1)supplier cooperation intensity and product yield rate directly influence the overall efficiency of the supply chain;(2)purchasers can increase their profits by appropriately expanding the number and capacity of suppliers,but excessive expansion leads to diminishing returns;(3)suppliers need to strengthen cooperation in complex production tasks to maintain product quality.The study provides a theoretical basis for optimizing supply chain management and improving overall performance.
