基于集合可视化分析明清时期针灸治疗神志病选穴规律OA

Objective To investigate acupoint selection law of acupuncture for the treatment of mental disorder based on set visualization analysis and the Apriori algorithm.Methods Acupuncture works in the Ming and Qing Dynasties were retrieved,acupuncture prescriptions for the treatment of mental disorder were screened,acupuncture prescription database was established,R language 4.4.2 was used for set visualization analysis and Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the acupoint selection law of acupuncture for the treatment of mental disorder.Results A total of 13 acupuncture works in the Ming and Qing Dynasties were retrieved,involving 227 acupuncture prescriptions and 238 acupoints.High-frequency acupoints included Baihui(GV20),Shenmen(HT7),Xinshu(BL15),Daling(PC7)and Jianshi(PC5).Primary meridians were Governor Vessel(GV),bladder meridian,pericardium meridian and heart meridian.Specific acupoint were Wushu acupoints,Luo acupoints and Beishu acupoints.The correlation analysis of acupoint combination showed that Daling(PC7)-Shenmen(HT7)-Baihui(GV20)had significant correlation.Conclusion Acupuncture has obvious efficacy in the treatment of mental disorder.The acupoint selection law based on set visualization analysis can provide references for clinical acupuncture in the treatment of mental disorder and optimize the treatment scheme to a certain extent.
