X射线管焦点的形状和尺寸是影响其成像质量的决定性因素.目前,大多数研究都集中于通过调整电子束聚焦系统以改变阴阳极间电场分布的方式实现焦点调控,文章通过改变阴极灯丝结构参数来调整焦点的形状与尺寸.详细分析了阳极电子束焦斑随灯丝结构参数,包括螺距、绕线直径、螺管长度等的变化规律,并创造性地提出在电子运动轨迹仿真过程中采用灯丝分段的方法,从而实现对每段灯丝热电子运动轨迹及其在阳极靶面上落点位置的独立追踪.该研究为X射线管焦点尺寸和形状精准调控提供了一种新途径.

The structure and size of focal spot are decisive factors affecting the image quality of X-ray tubes.Currently,most research focuses on focal spot modulation by adjusting the electron beam focusing system to alter the electric field distribution between the anode and cathode.In this study,the shape and size of the focal spot are adjusted by modifying the structural parameters of the cathode filament.It conducts a detailed analysis of how the anode electron beam focal spot varies with filament structural parameters,including pitch,winding diameter,and solenoid length.Creatively,it proposes a method of segmenting the filament during electron trajectory simulation,enabling independent tracking of the thermal electron trajectories of each filament segment and their corresponding landing positions on the anode target surface.These efforts provide a novel approach for precise control of the focal spot size and shape of X-ray tubes.
