基于最大熵模型的祖师麻基原植物适生区预测及影响因素分析OA
Prediction of Suitable Habitats and Analysis on Influencing Factors for the Source Species of Daphnes Cortex Based on MaxEnt Model
目的 探析中藏药祖师麻基原植物黄瑞香、凹叶瑞香、唐古特瑞香的潜在适生区分布,为其资源保护提供依据.方法 运用最大熵模型,依据筛选的祖师麻基原植物分布样点及环境因子数据建立物种分布模型,预测其潜在适生范围,结合地理探测器分析其适生区空间分层异质性,基于地表覆盖类型细化潜在适生区的可利用区域(耕地、林地、灌木),叠加全国自然保护区数据甄选祖师麻保护区域.结果 基于最大熵模型运行结果,太阳辐射量、水汽压、降水量、温度季节性变化系数等是影响祖师麻分布的主要环境因子.黄瑞香、凹叶瑞香、唐古特瑞香潜在适生区面积分别为1.07×106 km2、1.09×106 km2、1.32×106 km2,利用地表覆盖类型与潜在适生区叠加分析表明,黄瑞香、凹叶瑞香、唐古特瑞香实际可能的适生面积分别为7.69×105 km2、7.10×105 km2、8.15×105 km2.祖师麻保护热点区总面积约为6.12×105 km2,但自然保护区覆盖率不足20%.结论 本研究可为祖师麻基原植物野生资源的保护和人工繁育提供参考,促进祖师麻资源的可持续发展.
Objective To analyze the potential suitable distribution areas of Daphne giraldii,Daphne retusa,and Daphne tangutica—the source species of the TCM and Tibetan medicine Daphnes Cortex;To provide a basis for their resource conservation.Methods This study employed the MaxEnt model to predict the potential suitable habitats of these three Daphnes Cortex source species based on screened distribution records and environmental factors.Geographical detector analysis was applied to analyze spatial heterogeneity in habitat suitability.By incorporating land cover types(cropland,forest,shrubland),the actual usable areas within potential suitable zones were refined.Additionally,conservation areas for Daphnes Cortex were identified by overlaying national nature reserve data.Results Running results based on MaxEnt model indicated that solar radiation,water vapor pressure,precipitation,and temperature seasonal variation coefficient were the dominant environmental factors influencing Daphnes Cortex distribution.The predicted suitable areas for Daphne giraldii,Daphne retusa,and Daphne tangutica were 1.07×106 km2,1.09×106 km2,and 1.32×106 km2,respectively.Overlay analysis with land cover data indicated actual feasible habitats of 7.69×105 km2,7.10×105 km2,and 8.15×105 km2 for the three source species.Conservation hotspots covered approximately 6.12×105 km2,yet less than 20%overlapped with existing nature reserves.Conclusion This study provides references for the conservation of wild resources and artificial cultivation of Daphnes Cortex source species,aiming to achieve sustainable development of medicinal resources of Daphnes Cortex.
