中医体质辨识在眼表疾病个性化治疗中的应用探讨OA

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution identification is a significant diagnostic method within TCM theory,which analyzes individual constitution types to explore their roles in disease onset and progression.Given the complex etiology and variable course of ocular surface diseases,adopting personalized treatment strategies is crucial.This paper aims to investigate the application of TCM constitution identification in the personalized treatment of ocular surface diseases.By integrating clinical practice and relevant literature,we conducted an in-depth analysis of the correlation between nine TCM constitution types and ocular surface diseases.We propose differentiated treatment strategies tailored to various constitution types,along with personalized comprehensive conditioning methods,including dietary regulation,emotional support,lifestyle adjustments,and TCM-specific therapies.Under the guidance of TCM constitution theory,clinical applications targeting patients with Qi-deficiency constitution exhibiting dry eye symptoms have demonstrated significant efficacy.This study is expected to provide new insights and methods for the clinical treatment of ocular surface diseases,showcasing the unique value and broad prospects of TCM constitution identification within the field of ophthalmology.
