不同授粉品种对库尔勒香梨果实品质的影响OA

为系统分析'库尔勒香梨'杂交授粉过程中的生物学特征,重点探讨不同授粉品种对'库尔勒香梨'果实品质的具体影响,筛选适宜的授粉品种,以10年生'库尔勒香梨'为试材,比较了 5个授粉品种(以自交授粉和自然授粉为对照)花粉生物学特性及果实品质的影响,并基于品质指标进行了相关性分析与综合评价.结果表明:花粉特性方面,'砀山酥梨'单花花药数量最多,达到28个.'绿梨'花粉萌发率在培养6 h时达91.35%,坐果率28.40%,显著高于其他组合(P<0.05).外在品质方面,自然授粉果实纵横径及单果重显著增加(P<0.05),'绿梨'授粉果实单果重及横径次之;'鸭梨'授粉果实硬度显著增加,达到6.92 kg/cmz(P<0.05);'绿梨'授粉后果实硬度显著降低,为5.3kg/cm2(P<0.05).内在品质方面,'库车阿木特'授粉果实可溶性固形物及总糖含量显著增加,分别为14.82%及7.84%(P<0.05);'绿梨'授粉果实可滴定酸含量显著降低,为0.24%(P<0.05);'阿克苏句句梨'授粉果实维生素C含量显著增加,达到565.15 mg/100 g(P<0.05);'砀山酥梨'授粉可显著提高果实着色度(P<0.05).相关性分析显示,果皮L*与果皮b*、果皮c*呈极显著正相关,与果皮a*呈极显著负相关;果皮a*与果肉a*、果肉b*及果肉c*呈显著正相关.果实横径与可溶性糖、果实硬度呈显著负相关,可滴定酸含量与维生素C含量呈显著负相关.综合评价表明,'绿梨'授粉处理综合得分最高,适宜作为'库尔勒香梨'的授粉树.研究结果为'库尔勒香梨'产量与品质的提升提供了理论依据.

In order to systematically analyze the biological characteristics of'Korla fragrant pear'in the process of cross pollination,with a focus on the specific effects of different pollination varieties on the fruit quality of'Korla fragrant pear',and screening suitable pollination varieties,10-year-old'Korla fragrant pear'was used as test material.The effects of pollen biological characteristics and fruit quality of five pollination varieties(self-pollination and natural pollination as control)were compared,and correlation analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out based on quality indicators.The results showed that in terms of pollen characteristics,the number of single flower anthers of'Dangshansuli'was the highest,reaching 28.The pollen germination rate of'Lyu'reached 91.35%at 6 h,and the fruit setting rate was 28.40%,which was significantly higher than that of other combinations(P<0.05).In terms of external quality,the vertical diameter and transverse diameters and fruit weight of naturally pollinated fruits increased significantly(P<0.05),followed by the fruit weight and transverse diameter of'Lyu'pollinated fruits.The hardness of'Yali'pollinated fruit increased significantly to 6.92 kg/cm2(P<0.05),and the hardness of'Lyu'pollinated fruit decreased significantly to 5.3 kg/cm2(P<0.05).In terms of internal quality,the contents of soluble solids and total polysaccharide in'Kucheamute'pollinated fruit significantly increased,reaching 14.82%and 7.84%(P<0.05),respectively.The titratable acid content of'Lvli'pollinated fruit decreased significantly,which was 0.24%(P<0.05).The vitamin C content of'Aksujujuli'pollinated fruit increased significantly,reaching 565.15 mg/100 g(P<0.05).In addition,'Dangshansuli'pollination can significantly improve fruit coloration(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that peel L*was significantly positively correlated with peel b*and peel c*,and significantly negatively correlated with peel a*.Peel a*was significantly positively correlated with flesh a*,flesh b*and flesh c*.Fruit transverse diameter was significantly negatively correlated with soluble sugar content and fruit hardness.There was a significant negative correlation between titratable acid content and vitamin C content.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the'Lyu'pollination treatment has the highest comprehensive scorewas and is suitable as the pollination tree of Korla fragrant pear.This study provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of yield and quality of'Korla fragrant pear'.
