草珊瑚多酚的提取优化、动力学及稳定性OA
Optimization of the extract condition,kinetics,and stability of polyphenols from Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai
本试验以超声波辅助法提取草珊瑚多酚,以多酚得率作为指标,利用单因素试验与响应面法优化工艺条件,并考察多酚的提取过程动力学及稳定性.结果表明:提取草珊瑚多酚时,采用 42%的乙醇体积分数、1:42(g/mL)的料液比、72℃的提取温度、25 min的提取时间最适宜,最高得率为 4.76%;利用Fick第二定律推导出草珊瑚多酚提取动力学模型,求解相关动力学系数,如表观速率常数、相对萃余率、活化能、半衰期数值;草珊瑚多酚具有一定的抗氧化能力,在还原剂中稳定性较差,且草珊瑚多酚宜在避光低温环境中储存,生产加工应用时可加入适量葡萄糖、防腐剂苯甲酸钠.研究结果可为草珊瑚多酚在食品及药品等领域的开发应用提供一定的理论参考.
In this paper,ultrasonic assisted extraction of polyphenols from Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai was carried out.Single factor experiment and response surface method were used to optimize the extraction conditions,and the kinetics and stability of polyphenol extraction were investigated.The results showed that 42%ethanol volume fraction,1:42(g/mL)solid-liquid ratio,72℃extraction temperature,25 min extraction time were the most suitable for extracting polyphenols,and the highest yield was 4.76%.Fick's second law was used to derive the kinetic model of polyphenol extraction from Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai,and the relevant kinetic coefficients such as apparent rate constant,relative extraction rate,activation energy and half-life were solved.The experiment showed that the polyphenols had a certain antioxidant capacity and poor stability in reducing agents,and the polyphenols should be stored in low temperature environment away from light,during production and processing.The results could provide a theoretical reference for the development and application of polyphenols in food and drugs.
