海带及其提取物在养猪生产中的研究进展OA
Research advance on kelp and its extract in pig production
海带是一种大型海生藻类,褐藻门海带属.海带富含多糖、维生素、蛋白质等多种营养物质及生物活性物质,具有增强免疫、促进生长、抗氧化和抗菌等作用.猪饲料中添加海带或海带提取物可增强动物机体健康机能,提高生产性能等.本文主要论述海带及其提取物的生物学功能和在猪生产中的研究进展,为其在养猪生产中的开发应用提供理论依据.
Laminaria is a large Marine algae in the genus Laminaria.Kelp is rich in polysaccharides,vitamins,protein and other nutrients as well as bioactive substances,which can enhance immunity,promote growth,antioxidant and antibacterial effects.Adding kelp and its extract to feed can promote animal health and improve production performance.In this paper,the biological function and research advance on kelp and its extracts in pig production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of kelp and its extracts in pig production.
