Biological functions of Bacillus subtilis and its application to animal production
枯草芽孢杆菌是一种革兰氏阳性菌,具有较强的适应性和定植能力,其以芽孢的形式添加于动物饲料中,在进入动物肠道后能够迅速复苏并繁殖,具有调节肠道菌群、增强肠道屏障和免疫功能的作用,还可以缓解热应激和氧化应激对动物机体造成的损伤,对动物生产具有重要意义.本文通过对枯草芽孢杆菌的生物学特性和功能以及其在不同动物生产中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为枯草芽孢杆菌在动物生产中的应用和推广提供理论依据.
Bacillus subtilis is a Gram-positive bacterium with strong adaptability and colonization ability.It is added to animal feed in the form of spores,and can be rapidly recovered and reproduced after entering the animal intestinal tract.It has the functions of regulating intestinal flora,enhancing intestinal barrier and immune function,and can also alleviate the damage caused by heat stress and oxidative stress on the animal body,which is of great significance to animal production.In this paper,the biological properties and functions of Bacillus subtilis and its research on animal production were reviewed,aimed to provide reference for the application of Bacillus subtilis in animal production practice.
