HIV潜伏感染细胞模型的研究进展及应用OA
Research progress and application of HIV latent infection cell model
获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)在进行抗逆转录病毒疗法时仍无法根治,其原因是HIV-1可在体内反复建立感染,并形成稳定的潜伏储存库.HIV潜伏储存库具有隐匿性、半衰期长等特点,在HIV感染人体后形成,并在体内长期存在,是当前AIDS研究中的热点和难点.其中,HIV-1潜伏感染细胞模型的建立与应用是研究HIV潜伏储存库的良好工具.本文梳理和总结了近年来CD4+T细胞潜伏感染细胞模型、巨噬细胞潜伏感染细胞模型、树突状细胞潜伏感染细胞模型、造血祖细胞潜伏感染细胞模型和星形胶质细胞潜伏感染细胞模型等的研究进展及应用,旨在为探究HIV潜伏储存库的清除机制及研究AIDS功能性治愈药物提供有效的参考.
Even with antiretroviral therapy,acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)cannot be completely cured,because HIV-1 can repeatedly establish an infection in the body and form stable latent reservoirs.HIV latent reservoir possesses characteristics such as concealment and a long half-life.Forming after HIV infects the human body,it persists within the host long-term,representing a major challenge and hot topic in current AIDS research.Among them,the establishment and application of HIV-1 latent infection cell models serve as valuable tools for studying HIV latent reservoirs.This paper aims to review and summarise recent advances in the research of latent infection models in CD4+T cells,macrophages,dendritic cells,haematopoietic progenitor cells and astrocytes,and their applications.It provides effective tools for investigating mechanisms of HIV latent reservoir clearance and for developing drugs to achieve a functional cure for AIDS.
