Research progress of the cGAS-STING pathway in bone and joint diseases
环磷酸鸟苷-腺苷合成酶-干扰素基因刺激因子(cGAS-STING)通路是胞质DNA介导先天免疫与炎症反应的核心信号轴,其失衡与多种骨与关节疾病密切相关.在骨肉瘤中激活该通路可增强抗肿瘤免疫,而在多种退行性及炎症性关节疾病中其持续激活可促进无菌性炎症与组织退变,因而成为重要的治疗靶点.本文对cGAS-STING通路在骨与关节疾病中的最新研究进展作一综述,以期为其临床治疗提供参考.
The cyclic guanosine-adenosine synthetase-interferon gene stimulating factor(cGAS-STING)pathway is the core signaling axis by which cytosolic DNA triggers innate immunity and inflammatory responses,and its dysregulation is closely associated with the development of various bone and joint diseases.Activation of this pathway in osteosarcoma can enhance anti-tumor immunity,whereas its persistent activation in multiple degenerative and inflammatory joint diseases can promote sterile inflammation and tissue degeneration,making it an important therapeutic target.This article reviews the latest research progress of the cGAS-STING pathway in bone and joint diseases,aiming to provide a reference for its clinical treatment.
