75%乙醇预处理对关节置换手术器械骨水泥超声波清洗效果的影响OA
Effect of 75%ethanol pretreatment on the ultrasonic cleaning quality of bone cement-contaminated instruments used for joint replacement surgery
目的 探讨75%乙醇预处理对关节置换手术器械骨水泥超声波清洗效果的影响.方法 选取用于关节置换手术且被骨水泥污染的手术器械699件,随机分为对照组(n=349)和观察组(n=350),分别使用水和75%乙醇浸泡60 min预处理后行超声波清洗.对2组器械的骨水泥残留情况、清洗合格情况、清洗耗时和清洗满意度进行比较.结果 在预处理后,观察组器械的骨水泥残留率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).目测法和ATP荧光法结果均显示,观察组器械清洗合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组器械清洗耗时显著短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组器械在预处理操作、清洗便捷性、保持器械性能和利于消毒灭菌等方面清洗满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对于被骨水泥污染的关节置换手术器械,75%乙醇浸泡60 min预处理可以提升超声波清洗效果,缩短清洗耗时且清洗满意度较高.
Objective To investigate the effect of 75%ethanol pretreatment on the ultrasonic cleaning quality of bone cement-contaminated instruments used for joint replacement surgery.Methods A total of 699 bone cement-contaminated instruments used for joint replacement were randomly assigned to the control group(n=349)and the observation group(n=350).They were pretreated by soaking in water and 75%ethanol for 60 minutes,respectively,followed by ultrasonic cleaning.The residual cement rate,cleaning compliance rate,cleaning time and cleaning satisfaction score of the instruments between the two groups were compared.Results The residual cement rate of instruments after pretreatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both visual inspection and ATP fluorescence assay showed that the cleaning compliance rate of instruments in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cleaning time of instruments in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Instruments of the observation group had significantly higher cleaning satisfaction scores in terms of pretreat-ment operation,cleaning convenience,instrument performance maintenance and facilitation of disinfection and sterilization than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For bone cement-contaminated instruments for joint replacement,pretreatment with soaking in 75%ethanol for 60 minutes can improve the ultrasonic cleaning quality,shorten cleaning time and improve cleaning satisfaction score.
