云南某单铜矿可选性试验研究OA

Aiming at the problem of poor copper recovery caused by the low degree of monomer dissociation of copper minerals in a single copper ore in Yunnan,a washability test study was carried out,and conditional tests were conducted on grinding fineness,copper mineral collectors,lime,sodium sulfite,and other factors.The closed-circuit test results showed that,after primary grinding to 60％passing 0.074 mm,one roughing and two scavenging stages with middlings sequentially returned,and regrinding of the rougher concentrate to 77％passing 0.037 mm followed by three cleaning stages,a copper concentrate with a copper grade of 18.56％and a copper recovery of 73.16％was achieved.This study provides technical support for the beneficiation of such copper ores.
