广西某高锌硫精矿回收锌试验研究OA

Experimental Study on Zinc Recovery from a High-Zinc Sulfide Concentrate in Guangxi

针对广西某锌矿浮选回收锌后得到硫精矿中含锌远高于合格硫精矿的铅+锌总量≤0.6%要求的问题,开展了硫精矿中回收锌的试验研究.石灰调节矿浆pH至11~11.5实现黄铁矿选择性抑制;加入硫酸铜活化闪锌矿;丁基黄药与丁铵黑药按5:1质量比复配作为高效组合捕收剂;采用"一粗二扫三精"闭路浮选流程.获得了锌品位37.49%、回收率72.98%的锌精矿,含硫41.67%、铁52.13%、锌0.41%的合格硫精矿.

Aiming at the technical challenge that the zinc content in the sulfur concentrate obtained after flotation for zinc recovery in a Guangxi zinc mine is significantly higher than the requirement of≤0.6%for the total lead+zinc content in qualified sulfur concentrates,experimental research was carried out to recover zinc from the sulfur concentrate.Lime was used to adjust the pulp pH to 11~11.5 for the selective depression of pyrite;copper sulfate was added to activate sphalerite;butyl xanthate and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were mixed at a mass ratio of 5:1 as a high-efficiency combined collector;and a closed-circuit flotation flowsheet of"one roughing,two scavenging,and three cleanings"was adopted.A zinc concentrate with a grade of 37.49%Zn and a recovery of 72.98%was obtained,along with a qualified sulfur concentrate containing 41.67%S,52.13%Fe,and 0.41%Zn.
