阐述了球磨机的工作原理、分类及关键参数,分析了当前球磨机在能耗、生产效率、设备磨损、自动化水平及环境影响等方面存在的问题.结果表明,随着矿产资源品位下降与环保要求提高,球磨机正朝着高效、节能、智能化方向发展;通过新型耐磨材料、优化介质级配与形状、智能衬板及自动化控制等技术的融合,实现提升研磨效率、智能监控与绿色低耗运行.

The paper systematically expounds the working principle,classification and key parameters of ball mills,and analyzes the current problems of ball mills in terms of energy consumption,production efficiency,equipment wear,automation level and environmental impact.With the decline in the grade of mineral resources and the tightening of environmental protection requirements,ball mills are developing toward higher efficiency,energy conservation,and intelligence.Through the integration of technologies such as new wear-resistant materials,optimized media grading and shapes,intelligent liners,and automated control,grinding efficiency is improved,intelligent monitoring is realized,and green,low-consumption operation is achieved,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the mineral processing industry.
