Experimental Study on the Magnetic-Flotation Combined Recovery of Fluorite from a Polymetallic Tailings in Yunnan

针对云南某选矿厂多金属粗选尾矿中萤石与磁性脉石共生复杂、分选难度大的问题,采用磁选与浮选联合工艺,通过磁选有效抛除弱磁性脉石矿物,采用"一粗一扫八精"流程进行浮选闭路流程试验.结果表明,磁-浮联合工艺获得CaF2品位66.29%、回收率53.87%的萤石精矿,可有效提升萤石品位与回收率.

Aiming at the problems of complex symbiosis between fluorite and magnetic gangue and difficult separation in the polymetallic roughing tailings of a concentrator in Yunnan,a combined process of magnetic separation and flotation was adopted.Magnetic separation was used to effectively remove weakly magnetic gangue minerals,thereby improving the quality of the flotation feed.A closed-circuit flotation test was carried out using a flowsheet of"one roughing,one scavenging and eight cleanings".The results show that the magnetic-flotation combined process can produce a fluorite concentrate with a CaF2 grade of 66.29%and a recovery of 53.87%,effectively improving both the grade and recovery of fluorite.
