云南省砂石土类矿产资源开采布局现状及优化对策OA
Current Situation and Optimization Strategies for the Exploitation Layout of Sand-Gravel-soil Mineral Resources in Yunnan Province
砂石土类矿产资源开发与区域发展、民生改善和生态保护息息相关,科学合理布局能有效保护和合理开发利用资源.总结了云南省第三轮和第四轮矿产资源规划中砂石土类矿产资源开采布局存在的优缺点,从规划分区的划定方法、分区的约束条件、规划方式的选择等维度提出了科学规划砂石土类矿产资源的意见建议,为全面统筹规划砂石土类矿产资源的布局提供参考.
The development of sand,gravel,and soil mineral resources is closely related to regional development,improvement of people's livelihood,and ecological protection;a scientific and rational layout can effectively protect and rationally develop and utilize these resources.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the exploitation layout of sand,gravel,and soil mineral resources in Yunnan Province's Third and Fourth Rounds of Mineral Resources Planning.From the perspectives of zoning delineation methods,zoning constraints,and planning approach selection,suggestions are put forward for the scientific planning of such resources,providing a reference for the comprehensive and coordinated planning of their spatial layout.
