随着低轨卫星星座规模的不断扩大和用户业务需求的日益复杂,低轨卫星互联网中的切换频繁性和资源调度效率成为制约系统性能的关键因素.针对大规模低轨卫星网络中用户高频切换场景,提出一种面向用户群组的切换流程与资源调度机制.首先,通过引入ATGM,动态调整用户群组规模,提升切换效率;其次,设计LBRAM,优化星上资源利用率;最后,通过系统建模与仿真验证,所提机制在星间信令开销、切换成功率与时延等方面均优于传统方案,最高节省31.3%的星间切换信令开销,将切换成功率始终维持在99%以上,并将平均切换时延降低约8.8 ms,具有较强的工程应用价值.

With the continuous expansion of low-orbit satellite constellations and the increasing complexity of user service demands,the frequency of handovers and the efficiency of resource scheduling in satellite networks have become key factors constraining system performance.This paper addresses the high-frequency handover scenarios in large-scale low-orbit satellite networks and proposes a handover process and resource scheduling mechanism oriented toward user groups.Firstly,by introducing an Adaptive Time-window Group Management mechanism(ATGM),the scale of user groups is dynamically adjusted to enhance handover efficiency.Secondly,a Latency-Bound Resource Allocation Mechanism(LBRAM)is designed to optimize on-board resource utilization.Finally,through system modeling and simulation validation,the proposed mechanisms outperform traditional schemes in multiple aspects,including inter-satellite signaling overhead,handover success rate,and latency.Specifically,they can reduce inter-satellite handover signaling overhead by up to 31.3%,consistently maintain the handover success rate above 99%,and lower the average handover delay by approximately 8.8 milliseconds,demonstrating strong potential for engineering applications.
