云南某锡矿盲切割井一次成井爆破技术研究OA
Study on One-pass Shaft Sinking Blasting Technology for a Blind Cut-off Shaft in a Yunnan Tin Mine
针对云南某锡矿盲切割井掘进中存在的凿岩效率低、安全性差等问题,进行了7孔、6孔、9孔桶形掏槽试验.结果表明:9孔桶形掏槽综合崩落体积最大、爆破效果最佳;采用9孔桶形掏槽进行井深为8.0 m,横断面为1.8 m×1.8 m的全断面盲切割井爆破试验,爆后井深为7.8 m,横断面面积约为2.9~3.3 m2,有效提高了施工安全性和效率.
To address the problems of low drilling efficiency and poor safety encountered in the excavation of a blind cut-off shaft in a Yunnan tin mine,experimental tests were conducted using 7-hole,6-hole,and 9-hole barrel cut blasting patterns.The results show that the 9-hole barrel cut achieved the largest comprehensive caving volume and the best blasting performance.A full-face blind cut-off shaft blasting test was carried out using the 9-hole barrel cut pattern for a shaft with a designed depth of 8.0 m and a cross-section of 1.8 m × 1.8 m.After blasting,the actual shaft depth reached 7.8 m,and the cross-sectional area was approximately 2.9~3.3 m2,which effectively improved construction safety and efficiency.
