A 5G VoWi-Fi Solution over High-Throughput Satellite Networks
随着天地一体化的发展趋势,卫星互联网成为构建广域覆盖通信系统的关键枢纽.为扩展卫星通信场景下的语音通话业务,提出了一种基于高通量卫星网络的5G VoWi-Fi解决方案VoSat,针对VoSat业务组网架构以及业务流程、业务开通、鉴权、溯源等关键技术进行了研究.在综合考虑现有5G网络和高通量卫星网络部署情况下,给出了网络侧和终端侧的配置建议,并通过实际测试验证了方案的可行性.最后对比了该方案的优势,并展望了该方案的应用前景.
With the development of satellite–terrestrial communications,satellite Internet has become a key enabler for wide-area connectivity.To extend voice communication services to satellite-based scenarios,this paper investigates a 5G VoWi-Fi solution over high-throughput satellite(HTS)networks,referred to as VoSat.The system architecture and service procedures of VoSat are presented,with a focus on key technical aspects including service provisioning,authentication,and traceability.Considering the practical deployment of existing 5G networks and HTS systems,configuration guidelines are provided for both network-side components and user terminals.The feasibility of the proposed solution is validated through experimental testing.Finally,the advantages of the VoSat solution are discussed,and its potential application scenarios are outlined.
