增深硅油乳液在黑色涤纶麻纱布上增深增艳效果极佳,但氨基硅油结构本身因不亲水及乳液胶束过大等可能导致其加工稳定性较差.分别使用2-二乙胺基羟乙烷盐酸盐、三乙醇胺盐酸盐、甲基二乙醇胺盐酸盐3种胺盐与端环氧硅油反应,制得3种增深嵌段硅油乳液,考察了其增深效果、模拟加工稳定性(耐盐碱稳定性、耐热稳定性及离心稳定性)、亲水性及手感等理化性能.结果表明,在黑色涤棉空气层、黑色涤纶麻纱布上均有优异的增深效果,且能兼顾亲水性和手感.

The deepening silicone oil emulsion has excellent deepening and brightening effects on black polyester-cotton fabric,but the structure of amino silicone oil itself may lead to poor processing stability due to its non-hydrophilicity and too large emulsion micelle.Three kinds of deepened block silicone oil emulsions were prepared by the reaction of 2-diethylaminohydroxyethyl ethane hydrochloride,triethanolamine hydrochlo-ride and methyldiethanolamine hydrochloride with epoxy-terminated silicone oil.Their deepening effect,simu-lation of machining stability(salt alkali resistance stability,heat stability and centrifugal stability),hydrophilicity and hand feeling were investigated.The results showed that all three types of deepening block silicone oil emulsions had excellent deepening effects on black polyester-cotton air layer and black polyester-cotton fab-ric,and could balance hydrophilicity and hand feeling.
