针对荧光色合成革应用中光照易褪色的问题,以水性聚氨酯合成革为研究基材,通过紫外线照射前后颜色变化,量化光稳定剂Tinuvin 292、Tinuvin 1130,国产耐光牢度增进剂1号、2号等的使用效果,并与GB/T 8427-2019的耐光色牢度测试方法对比.结果表明,紫外线吸收剂Tinuvin 1130以及国产耐光牢度增进剂1号可将1%荧光橙水性合成革耐光色牢度提升1~2级.

In response to the problem of color fading easily caused by light in the application of fluores-cent synthetic leather,using waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather as the research substrate,through the color changes before and after ultraviolet irradiation,the effects of light stabilizers Tinuvin 292,Tinuvin 1130,domestic light fastness enhancer No.1 and No.2,etc.were quantified,and compared with the light fastness test method of GB/T 8427-2019.The results showed that ultraviolet absorbers Tinuvin 1130 and domestic light fastness enhancer No.1 could increase the light fastness of 1%fluorescent orange water-based synthet-ic leather by level 1-2.
