系统阐述极端环境体育装备染色耐久性的关键问题与研究进展.针对高强度紫外辐射、湿热盐雾侵蚀、机械摩擦损伤及化学介质腐蚀等极端环境因子,分析其对装备表/界面色彩稳定性的作用机制,包括光致变色、水解老化、物理剥离及化学迁移等失效行为.在提升技术层面,重点探讨了纤维基体改性、特种染料开发(如高日晒牢度活性染料)、无水染色工艺(超临界CO2技术)及多功能后整理(疏水/抗紫外协同)等关键技术路径的作用原理与应用成效.

The key issues and research progress regarding the durability of dyeing for sports equipment in extreme environments is systematically expounded.Focusing on extreme environmental factors such as high-intensity ultraviolet radiation,hot and humid salt spray erosion,mechanical friction damage,and chemical medium corrosion,their mechanisms of action on the color stability of equipment surfaces/interfaces are ana-lyzed,including failure behaviors such as photochromism,hydrolytic aging,physical peeling,and chemical mi-gration.At the technological enhancement level,the principles and application effectiveness of key technologi-cal paths are primarily discussed,including fiber matrix modification,development of special dyes(such as high-fastness reactive dyes),waterless dyeing process(supercritical CO2 technology),and multifunctional post-finishing(hydrophobic/UV-resistant synergism).
