Control technology of volatile organic compounds in printing and dyeing auxiliaries and environmental impact assessment
印染助剂中的挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是纺织行业主要大气污染源之一,其成分复杂且排放特征突出,对生态环境及人体健康构成显著威胁.梳理印染助剂中VOCs的来源,包括前处理剂、染色助剂及后整理剂中的典型有机溶剂与功能性成分,并解析其在高温高湿工艺下的释放规律,论述源头替代、过程优化及末端治理3类控制技术的机理与应用效果,进一步通过生命周期评价、环境风险评估等方法,揭示污染迁移转化过程中的潜在风险,以期为印染行业VOCs的低碳控制提供科学依据.
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in dyeing auxiliaries are one of the major air pollution sourc-es in the textile industry.They have complex compositions and distinct emission characteristics,posing signifi-cant threats to the environment and human health.The sources of VOCs in dyeing auxiliaries are reviewed,in-cluding typical organic solvents and functional components in pre-treatment agents,dyeing auxiliaries,and post-treatment agents.The release patterns of VOCs under high-temperature and high-humidity processes are analyzed,the mechanisms and application effects of three control technologies are discussed:source sub-stitution,process optimization,and end-of-pipe treatment.Furthermore,through methods such as life cycle assessment and environmental risk assessment,potential risks during the pollution migration and transforma-tion process are revealed,with the aim of providing scientific basis for the low-carbon control of VOCs in the dyeing industry.
