目的 探讨 3D数字技术支持下神经内镜治疗自发性脑出血的临床效果.方法 80 例自发性脑出血患者按手术方案分为两组.对照组采用小骨窗开颅手术治疗,试验组采用 3D数字化重建技术辅助神经内镜手术治疗.比较两组的手术效果.结果 与对照组相比,试验组的手术时间较短,出血量较少,血肿清除率较高(P<0.05).试验组的消化道出血和颅内再出血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组的术后 3 个月GOS评分显著高于对照组,而术后 6 个月mRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 3D数字技术支持下神经内镜治疗自发性脑出血可有效清除血肿,预防术后并发症发生,并有助于改善临床预后.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neuroendoscopic treatment for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage supported by 3D digital technology.Methods 80 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the surgical plan.The control group were treated with small bone flap craniotomy,and the experimental group was treated with 3D digital reconstruction technology-assisted neuroendoscopic surgery.The surgical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter surgical time,fewer intraoperative blood loss amount,and higher hematoma clearance rate(P<0.05).The incidence rates of gastrointestinal hemorrhage and intracranial rehemorrhage in the experimental group were significantly lower than that those in the control group(P<0.05).The GOS score at 3 month after surgery in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the mRS score at 6 month after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neuroendoscopic treatment for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage supported by 3D digital technology can effectively eliminate hematoma,prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,and help improve clinical prognosis.
