10种花类提取物的活性评价及在化妆品中的应用OA
Activity evaluation of 10 flower extracts and their application in cosmetics
筛选具有显著美白活性的花类原料并进行协同配比优化,评价其化妆品应用价值.选取10种花类提取物,通过DPPH自由基清除实验和酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验初筛;采用响应面法优化活性最优的3种原料配比;通过B16F10细胞实验评价组合物功效;制备含0.1%组合物的乳液进行人体功效评价(28天)和安全性测试.牡丹花、玫瑰茄花和紫薇花表现出最优抗氧化活性;最佳配比为1∶2∶1.9;按此配比复配时,0.1%组合物可显著抑制黑色素合成(34.67%)和酪氨酸酶活性(34.99%),细胞活力为84.30%;人体测试显示ITA°值显著提升4.45%(P<0.001),黑色素含量降低14.72%(P<0.001),安全性良好.牡丹花、玫瑰茄花和紫薇花以1∶2∶1.9配比的组合物具有显著美白功效,适用于化妆品开发.
To screen floral materials with significant whitening activity and optimize their synergistic ratio for the cosmetic applications,their cosmetic application values have been evaluated.Ten floral extracts were initially screened using DPPH radical scavenging assay and tyrosinase activity inhibition test.The three most active ingredients were selected for the ratio optimization via response surface methodology.The efficacy of the optimized combination was evaluated through B16F10 cell experiments.A lotion containing 0.1%of the optimized combination was formulated for a 28-day human efficacy study(measuring ITA° value and melanin index)and safety assessment.Peony,roselle,and crape myrtle flowers demonstrated that they all have superior antioxidant activity,with the optimal ratio being 1:2:1.9.At this ratio,the 0.1%combination significantly inhibited melanin synthesis(34.67%)and tyrosinase activity(34.99%),while maintained the cell viability(84.30%).Human trials showed a significant increase in ITA° value(+4.45%,p<0.001)and a reduction in melanin content(-14.72%,p<0.001)with good safety profile.The 1:2:1.9 combination of peony flower,roselle flower,and crape myrtle flower exhibits remarkable skin-whitening efficacy,which is suitable for the cosmetic development.
