妇幼健康特色医院文化建设的创新实践与价值实现OA
Innovative practices and value realization in the cultural construction of maternal and child health spe-cialty hospitals:a case study of foshan women and children hospital
本研究立足妇幼保健机构的核心使命与服务对象的特殊健康需求,提出"妇幼健康特色文化"的理论独特性,构建以"孕产育友好服务文化""儿童友好实践文化""女性全周期关怀文化"为支柱的文化体系.面对生育率下行、儿童健康需求升级及公益可持续性三大挑战,以佛山妇幼为实践案例,运用沙因组织文化三层次模型解析文化落地的具体路径.而党建引领的资源整合、复合型人才驱动及多维品牌叙事则是文化落地的关键保障.实践案例表明,特色文化可系统性破解现实矛盾,实现技术温度、管理效能与公共价值的统一,为妇幼机构转型提供理论范式与实践参考.
Based on the core mission of maternal and child health institutions and the specific health needs of their serv-ice populations,this study proposes the theoretical uniqueness of"Maternal and Child Health Characteristic Culture".It con-structs a cultural system supported by three pillars:"Fertility-and Parenting-Friendly Service Culture","Child-Friendly Practice Culture",and"Women's Whole-Life-Cycle Care Culture".Confronting the three major challenges of declining fertility rates,es-calating child health demands,and the sustainability of public welfare initiatives,this research uses Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital as a practical case study.Edgar Schein's three-level model of organizational culture is employed to analyze the specific pathways for cultural implementation.Furthermore,resource integration under Party leadership,multidisciplinary talent-driven mechanisms,and multi-dimensional brand storytelling are identified as key enablers for cultural grounding.The case study demonstrates that a characteristic culture can systematically resolve practical contradictions,achieving a unity of technical warmth,management efficiency,and public value,thereby providing a theoretical paradigm and practical reference for the trans-formation of maternal and child health institutions.
