以职工文化建设为抓手促进多院区文化融合与高质量发展OA
Leveraging staff culture development to foster cultural integration and high-quality development in multi-campus systems
文化建设特别是职工文化建设是多院区医院文化融合与高质量发展的关键抓手.一院多区发展背景下,院区间受限于地位空间、人员结构、功能定位等差异,文化融合与创新面临诸多困境,需通过系统性文化建设促进文化融合,提升患者与职工对新院区的认同感.中山大学肿瘤防治中心于2021 年启用新院区(黄埔院区),新院区借鉴企业识别系统理论工具,从视觉层面、行为层面、理念层面三维度展开职工文化建设,全面提升职工工作幸福感、归属感与认同感.实施后,职工满意度与患者满意度均显著提升,院区各项业务实现高速增长,为公立医院多院区文化建设工作提供了可参考复制的实践参考.
Cultural construction,especially the construction of staff culture,is a key approach to the cultural integration and high-quality development of multi-campus hospitals.Against the backdrop of the development of one hospital with multiple campuses,cultural integration and innovation among campuses are confronted with numerous challenges due to differences in sta-tus,space,personnel structure,and functional positioning.Systematic cultural construction is needed to promote cultural integra-tion and enhance the sense of identity of both patients and staff towards new campuses.In 2021,the Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center launched its new campus(Huangpu Campus).Drawing on the theory and tools of the corporate identity system,the center initiated staff cultural construction from three dimensions:visual,behavioral,and ideological,comprehensively enhan-cing staff's sense of job satisfaction,belonging,and identity.After implementation,both staff and patient satisfaction significant-ly increased,and the business of the campus achieved rapid growth,providing a practical reference that can be replicated for cul-tural construction in multi-campus public hospitals.
