Public hospitals are pursuing high-quality development and stronger humanistic care.In this context,hospital culture is a key form of soft power.It helps build organizational consensus and supports service development.This paper uses Hu-men Hospital's"Humanities Four Seasons"cultural brand as a case.The pathways and outcomes of culture building under Party-building leadership are examined.The study offers practical insights for cultural development in public hospitals.
