随着新一代人工智能深度嵌入教育领域,教育系统正面临前所未有的变革挑战.为此,文章基于北京大学国家智能社会治理(教育)特色实验基地与腾讯研究院联合发布的研究报告,系统阐述了 AI 时代教育变革的理论基础、价值主张与行动逻辑.首先,文章从技术哲学、教育学和治理学三重视角,将生成式人工智能定位为"有条件的认知伙伴",提出从"人的发展"到"人机协同发展"的目标扩展,以及从"规制逻辑"到"引导逻辑"的治理转向.在此基础上,文章确立"人机共育,向善而为"的价值主张,强调协同作为底层逻辑,并从个体、制度、社会三个层面界定"向善"的内涵与边界.基于报告的核心发现,文章进而构建"能力-课堂-组织"的协同制度化路径与"风险识别-护栏建设-人本底线"的向善边界机制,形成可操作的行动框架.最后,文章将教育定位为人类文明的"价值定向"机制,强调教育承担着技术无法替代的价值传递与文明自我更新功能,旨在促进AI教育领域的公共讨论,为教育变革提供思路借鉴与行动指引.

With the deep integration of the new generation of artificial intelligence(AI)into the field of education,the education system is facing unprecedented challenges of transformation.Based on the research report jointly released by Peking University's National Experimental Base for Intelligent Social Governance(Education)and the Tencent Research Institute,this paper systematically expounded the theoretical foundations,value propositions,and action logic of educational transformation in the AI era.Firstly,from three perspectives of technological philosophy,pedagogy,and governance,this paper positioned generative AI as a"cognitive partner under specified conditions",and proposed the expansion of goals from"human development"to"human-machine collaborative development,"and and the governance shift from"regulatory logic"to"guidance logic".On this basis,this paper established the value proposition of"human-machine co-education,striving for good",emphasized collaboration as the underlying logic and defined the connotation and boundary of"striving for good"from the individual,institutional and social levels.Building on the report's core findings,the paper further constructed a collaborative institutionalization path across"competency-classroom-organization"and a good-oriented boundary mechanism of"risk identification-guardrail construction-human-oriented bottom line",forming an operable action framework.Finally,this paper positioned education as the"value orientation"mechanism within human civilization,emphasizing that education should undertake the functions of value transmission and civilization self-renewal that cannot be replaced by technology,expecting to advance public deliberation in the field of AI education and provide ideological reference and action guidance for educational transformation.
