宫腹腔镜联合手术与宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫切口憩室的临床效果比较OA
Comparison of the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with lapar-oscopy surgery and hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of previous cesarean scar diverticulum
目的 比较宫腹腔镜联合手术与宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫切口憩室的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2024年1月于衡阳市妇幼保健院接受手术治疗的 80 例子宫切口憩室患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(40 例)给予宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组(40 例)给予宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗,观察两组手术相关指标、炎症因子水平、术后月经周期、并发症及临床疗效情况.结果 观察组手术时间及住院时间均较对照组长(P<0.05);观察组术后各炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);术后两组月经周期均较术前缩短(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 子宫切口憩室患者实施宫腹腔镜联合手术能提高临床疗效,减轻炎症反应.
Objective To compare the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery and hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of previous cesarean scar diverticulum.Methods A total of 80 patients with previous cesarean scar diverticulum who underwent surgical treatment in Hengyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with hysteroscopic electroresection,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery.The operation related indicators,inflammatory factor levels,postoperative menstrual cycle,complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual cycle of the two groups was shortened after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with previous cesarean scar diverticulum.
