近年来,全球粮食安全问题凸显,人民群众食物消费行为发生显著变化.以习近平同志为核心的党中央顺应时代变化,创造性地提出"大食物观",为推动我国食物资源的多样化,建设农业强国提供思想指南.构建多元化食物供给体系是践行"大食物观"的题中应有之义,具有多重现实依据.丰富的库藏文献提供历史经验,活态田野调查提供实证依据,国家顶层设计以及当下技术变革提供有力制度保障和科技支撑.践行"大食物观",构建多元化食物供给体系,必须以多元性、安全性、可持续性为目标,以国家发展为导向,实现因地制宜、绿色发展.

In recent years,global food security issues have become increasingly prominent,and notable changes have taken place in people's food consumption behavior.In response to the changes of the times,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has creatively put forward all-encompassing approach to food,which serves as an ideological guideline for promoting the diversification of China's food resources and building a strong agricultural nation.Constructing a diversified food supply system is an inherent requirement for implementing all-encompassing approach to food and is supported by multiple practical grounds.Abundant archival documents offer historical experience,dynamic field investigations provide empirical evidence,and the national top-level design coupled with current technological transformations furnish robust institutional guarantees and scientific and technological support.To practice all-encompassing approach to food and construct a diversified food supply system,it is imperative to set diversity,security,and sustainability as the core goals,take national development as the guiding orientation,and realize targeted development based on local conditions and green development.
