本研究旨在评估植物源天然胆碱替代物与甜菜碱单独或联合使用时,完全替代肉鸡日粮中氯化胆碱的可行性,并探讨其对肉鸡生产性能的影响.试验采用3×3因子设计,将2 000只1日龄科宝500公鸡随机分为10个日粮组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复20只肉鸡.各处理分别添加不同水平的天然胆碱、甜菜碱或氯化胆碱:T1为无胆碱添加对照组;T2、T3、T4分别添加100、200、400 g/t天然胆碱;T5、T6分别添加200、400 g/t甜菜碱;T7、T8分别添加480、960 g/t氯化胆碱;T9添加100 g/t天然胆碱+200 g/t甜菜碱;T10添加200 g/t天然胆碱+400 g/t甜菜碱.试验周期为42 d.结果表明,不同饲粮处理对42日龄肉鸡体重具有显著影响(P<0.05),饲喂400 g/t甜菜碱或天然胆碱的肉鸡体重显著高于对照组、200 g/t天然胆碱组和添加甜菜碱的处理组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加100 g/t天然胆碱+200 g/t甜菜碱的肉鸡具有最佳料重比,其次为分别添加200 g/t甜菜碱组和200 g/t天然胆碱处理组,以上三组间差异均不显著,但均显著低于对照组和两个氯化胆碱处理组(P<0.05).此外,添加外源胆碱的多个处理组造肉成本均低于对照组,其中100 g/t天然胆碱+200 g/t甜菜碱组合组造肉成本最低.综上所述,天然胆碱替代物与甜菜碱可在不影响生产性能的前提下,有效替代肉鸡日粮中的合成氯化胆碱;二者之间可能存在协同作用,在适宜剂量下联合使用有助于提高饲料利用效率和生长性能,最终降低造肉成本、提升养殖效益.

This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of completely replacing choline chloride with plant-derived natural choline substitutes and betaine(used alone or in combination)in broiler diets,and to investigate their effects on the production performance of broilers.A 3×3 factorial design was adopted in the experiment,where 2000 one-day-old male Cobb 500 broilers were randomly assigned to 10 dietary treatment groups with 10 replicates per treatment and 20 birds per replicate.The diets in each group were supplemented with different levels of natural choline,betaine or choline chloride,respectively:T1 served as the control group with no choline addition;T2,T3 and T4 were supplemented with 100,200 and 400 g/t of natural choline,respectively;T5 and T6 were supplemented with 200 and 400 g/t of betaine,respectively;T7 and T8 were supplemented with 480 and 960 g/t of choline chloride,respectively;T9 was supplemented with a combination of 100 g/t natural choline and 200 g/t betaine;T10 was supplemented with a combination of 200 g/t natural choline and 400 g/t betaine.The experimental period lasted for 42 days.The results showed that dietary treatments had a significant effect on the body weight of 42-day-old broilers(P<0.05).Broilers fed diets supplemented with 400 g/t betaine or 400 g/t natural choline had significantly higher body weights than those in the control group,the 200 g/t natural choline group and the betaine-supplemented groups(P<0.05).The optimal feed conversion ratio(FCR)was observed in broilers fed the diet with 100 g/t natural choline plus 200 g/t betaine,followed by those in the 200 g/t betaine group and the 200 g/t natural choline group.No significant difference was found among these three groups,while their FCR values were all significantly lower than those in the control group and the two choline chloride-supplemented groups(P<0.05).In addition,the cost per unit weight gain was lower in all treatment groups with exogenous choline supplementation compared with the control group,and the lowest cost was recorded in the group supplemented with 100 g/t natural choline combined with 200 g/t betaine.In conclusion,plant-derived natural choline substitutes and betaine can effectively replace synthetic choline chloride in broiler diets without impairing production performance.A synergistic effect may exist between these two additives,and their combined application at appropriate dosages is conducive to improving feed utilization efficiency and growth performance of broilers,thereby ultimately reducing the cost per unit weight gain and enhancing the economic benefits of broiler breeding.
