四川盆地东部二叠系吴家坪组地质特征及开发技术对策OA
Geological characteristics and development strategies of Permian Wujiaping Formation in eastern Sichuan Basin:A case study of DY1 well block in Nanya syncline
四川盆地东部(川东)地区大页 1H井在二叠系吴家坪组测试获高产工业气流,标志着该盆地页岩气勘探实现了由志留系龙马溪组单一层系向多层系协同发展的重大转变,为其页岩气资源接替开辟了新的战略领域.为此,以南雅向斜大页 1 井区为例,基于地震、钻井、测井和生产动态等资料,系统分析了川东地区吴家坪组地质特征与开发难题,并提出技术对策.研究结果表明:①大页 1 井区二叠系吴家坪期为深水陆棚相沉积,优质页岩储层厚度 15~28 m,脆性矿物含量平均 77.54%,TOC平均 5.41%,孔隙度平均 5.6%,总含气量平均 6.7 m3/t,主体埋深 4 500~5 000 m.与志留系龙马溪组相比,储层虽埋深较大,厚度略薄,但含气量、TOC、孔隙度和脆性矿物含量等静态参数更优,具备良好的增储上产潜力.②优选吴三段 4 小层作为铂金靶体,优化合理井间距为 350~400 m,井轨迹方位根据裂缝形态进行适时调整,可有效提升资源动用程度.③创新开展两轮井身结构优化,优选钻头和旋导工具等,实现最快钻井周期缩短至 64.81 d,节约材料成本超 400 万元/井,大幅降低投资成本.④极限限流、盐酸降破、前置高黏+快提排量、超分子压裂液等工艺在井区适应性较好,有助于提高改造效果,可大规模推广应用.结论认为,吴家坪组页岩气具备成为四川盆地页岩气战略接替区的潜力,所提出的井位部署、钻井、压裂等优化技术对策,可有效解决其开发难题,为该区域页岩气规模化、效益化开发提供理论与技术支撑.
Well DY1H in eastern Sichuan Basin revealed a high-yield industrial gas flow from the Permian Wujiaping Formation during test.This achievement marks a significant shift in shale gas exploration within the basin from a single-layer system(Silurian Longmaxi Formation)to a multi-layer succession,and creates a new strategic target for shale gas resource replacement in the basin.Taking Well DY1 in the Nanya syncline as an example,based on seismic,drilling,logging and production performance data,this paper studies the geological characteristics and development patterns of the Wujiaping Formation in eastern Sichuan Basin,and proposes the corresponding development strategies.The following results are obtained.First,the Permian Wujiaping Formation in the DY1 well block,deposited in deep-water shelf,contains high-quality shale reservoirs of 15-28 m thick,with the average brittle mineral content of 77.54%,average TOC of 5.41%,average porosity of 5.6%,average total gas content of 6.7 m3/t,and principal buried depth of 4 500-5 000 m.Although the Permian Wujiaping Formation reservoirs are deeper and slightly thinner than the Silurian Longmaxi Formation reservoirs,they exhibit superior static parameters such as gas content,TOC,porosity and brittle mineral content,indicating a great potential for achieving incremental reserves and production.Second,the 4th layer of the third member of Wujiaping Formation is selected as the platinum target,the optimal well spacing is determined as 350-400 m,and the wellbore trajectory/orientation is adjusted properly depending on fracture geometry,helpfully to improve the degree of resource mobilization.Third,through an innovative two-round optimization of casing program and the selection of appropriate bits and rotary steerable systems,the drilling period is minimized to 64.81 d,and the material cost is lowered by more than 4 million CNY per well,implying a significant reduction in investment costs.Fourth,the techniques such as extremely limited entry,fracture pressure reduction with hydrochloric acid,adhead viscous fluid+fast rate enhancement,and supermolecule fracturing fluid are adaptable to the well block and conducive to improving the stimulation effect,making them promising for large-scale application.The Permian Wujiaping Formation is believed to have a potential for serve as a strategic replacement of shale oil resources in the Sichuan Basin.The proposed optimized strategies with respect to well placement,drilling,and fracturing can effectively address the exploitation challenges and provide theoretical and technical support to large-scale and beneficial development of shale gas in the Sichuan Basin.
