接轨站方式下CBTC与CTCS系统跨线运行切换研究OA
Research on Switching between CBTC and CTCS Systems for Cross-Line Operation under Junction Station Mode
针对市域(郊)铁路需实现国铁CTCS系统列车、地铁CBTC系统列车跨线运行的需求,以北京铁路枢纽利用既有东北环铁路增建第二线开行市域(郊)列车典型工程为例,在不增加国铁CTCS系统和地铁CBTC系统设备组成及通信接口的前提下,研究接轨站跨线运行不同信号系统的切换.首先,基于接轨站跨线运行的站场布置及运营需求,对跨线运行CTCS系统和CBTC系统切换的两种切换时机进行分析比选.其次,从符合国铁信号系统和地铁信号系统现行规范的角度说明接轨站跨线运行的信号设备布置要求.第三,根据接轨站跨线运行的站场布置、折返运输需求和按照接轨站跨线运行的信号设备布置要求,分别详细说明接轨站无折返作业时的信号设备布置原则和方案、接轨站有折返作业时的信号设备布置原则和方案.最后,在不同接轨站信号设备布置的基础上,系统提出跨线运行CTCS系统和CBTC系统的两种切换方法,分别是接轨站无折返作业时,在接轨站停车进行控制权限交移的信号系统切换方法,和接轨站有折返作业时,在接轨站停车进行物理电信号传递的信号系统切换方法.研究表明,论述的接轨站跨线运行信号系统切换时机、信号设备布置、信号系统切换方法,能直接应用于工程建设并 100%契合工程实际.
To meet the needs of suburban railways to realize cross-line operation between CTCS-based national railways and CBTC metro trains,taking a typical project of using the existing Northeast Ring Railway in the Beijing Railway Hub to build an additional second line for suburban trains as an example,the switching of different signaling systems for cross-line operation at the junction station was investigated without increasing the equipment composition of the CTCS and CBTC systems as well as the communication interfaces.Firstly,based on the station layout of junction station for cross-line operation,and the operation demand for cross-line operation,the two possible switching times between CTCS and CBTC systems were analyzed and compared.Secondly,in accordance with the current specifications of the national railway and the metro signaling systems,the requirements for signal equipment layout at the junction station for cross-line operation were explained.Thirdly,based on the station layout and the turn-back operation demand of the junction station for cross-line operation,and in accordance with the signal equipment layout requirements,the principles and schemes of signal equipment layout were described in detail for junction stations without and with turn-back operations,respectively.Finally,based on different signal equipment layouts at junction stations,two signaling system switching methods between the CTCS and CBTC system for cross-line operation were systematically proposed:one involved stopping at the junction station for control authority transfer when no turn-back operation was performed,and the other involved stopping at the junction station for physical electrical signal transmission when turn-back operation was required.The results show that the switching time,signal equipment layout,and signaling system switching methods for cross-line operation at junction stations expounded in this paper can be directly applied to the engineering practice and fully consistent with practical engineering requirements.
