针对目前地铁刚性接触网动态检测缺乏评价标准问题,提出一种基于数据驱动标准构建新方法.首先,基于海量动态测试获取相同速度等级国铁和地铁线路数据,根据柔性和刚性接触网参数幅值、核密度、累积分布特征及差异,制定单点缺陷阈值标准;其次,拟合国铁跨内参数与服役状态映射关系曲线,并基于地铁跨内动态数据在各速度级下分布特点,对区段评价函数进行适应性修正;然后,结合刚性接触网弹性小、磨损剧烈、牵引电流大等服役工况特点,制定各评价指标权重及计算各速度等级下区段服役状态评价管理值.最后,将所提方法和传统柔性网区段评价函数分别应用到地铁区段性能指数计算.结果表明,所提数据驱动方法得出性能指数分布覆盖范围更宽,能更精准体现真实服役状态演变规律,性能指数在 0~10 范围内均匀分布.

A new data-driven method for standard construction was proposed to address the lack of evaluation criteria for the dynamic inspection of metro rigid catenary systems.First,based on massive dynamic testing,data from national railway lines and metro lines at the same speed level were obtained,and a single-point defect threshold criterion was formulated according to the amplitude,kernel density,cumulative distribution characteristics,and differences of parameters for flexible and rigid catenary systems.Second,a mapping curve between intra-span parameters and the in-service state of the national railway was fitted,and the section evaluation function was adaptively modified based on the distribution characteristics of intra-span dynamic data of the metro at different speed levels.Then,considering the in-service characteristics of the rigid catenary system,including low elasticity,severe wear,and high traction current,the weights of each evaluation indicator were determined,and the section in-service state evaluation management values at each speed level were calculated.Finally,the proposed method and the traditional section evaluation function for flexible catenary were applied to the calculation of the metro section performance index,respectively.The results showed that the performance index distribution obtained by the proposed data-driven method covered a wider range and more accurately reflected the evolution pattern of the real in-service state,and the performance index was uniformly distributed within the range of 0~10.
